Bookings can be made by contacting Lynn on 01623 511539 who will check availability for your required date.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. All provisional bookings are held for a period of 7 days from the date they are made. Any bookings not confirmed in writing and secured with a deposit within 7 days will be deemed cancelled.

Deposit required is £50 for bookings under £200 or £100 for bookings over £200,

Balance of payment is requested two weeks before function date.

For late bookings payment is strictly cash on delivery unless prior arrangements have been made.

Prices may be subject to alteration when booking in advance

10% extra is charged on all menus for Sundays and Bank Holidays

In the event of any food being seasonally unavailable or in short supply an alternative food will be offered


Delivery is included within a 5 mile radius for bookings of 20 or more. For deliveries outside this radius or bookings of less than 20 a delivery charge will apply

Disposable plates, napkins and banqueting roll for the buffet table are included for all buffets

Crockery, cutlery, napkins, fresh flowers for the tables (colour co-ordinated to match your scheme) and banqueting roll for the tables are included for all sit-down meals. Linen tablecloths and napkins are available, if required, at an extra cost


We endeavor to deliver food as near as possible to the time that it is to be consumed

  • Keep food covered until required
  • Cold foods should be kept in a refrigerator until required
  • To allow cold foods to be displayed and served they can be kept at room temperature for a maximum of 4 hours
  • To allow hot foods to be displayed and served they can be kept at room temperature for a maximum of 2 hours
  • After these times it is recommended that food is thrown away
